Privacy Policy

YCC Ventures ("YCC Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") operates PaceWise, a budget-pacing and reporting platform for advertising agencies ("PaceWise," the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PaceWise, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a PaceWise account, we collect your name, work email address, agency name, and password (stored in hashed form).

Connected ad platform data. When you connect a Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or TikTok Ads account, we access — via each platform's official API and your explicit OAuth authorization — campaign structure, budgets, daily spend, and performance metrics (such as conversions and cost data) for the accounts you choose to connect. We do not receive or store your ad platform login credentials; authorization is handled entirely by Google, Meta, Microsoft, or TikTok.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use PaceWise, such as pages viewed, features used, and actions taken, to improve the Service and diagnose issues.

Client and report data. If you use PaceWise to manage multiple clients or generate white-label reports, we store the client names, budgets, and branding assets (such as an agency logo) you provide.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Calculate budget pacing, projections, and anomaly detection for connected ad accounts;
• Carry out actions you explicitly confirm, such as pausing a campaign or adjusting a daily budget;
• Generate the reports and alerts you configure;
• Operate, maintain, and improve PaceWise;
• Communicate with you about your account, including service notices and support responses;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data or your clients' advertising data to third parties. We do not use your connected ad account data to train third-party AI or machine-learning models. We do not take any write action on a connected ad account — pausing a campaign, changing a budget, or shifting spend — without your explicit, in-product confirmation for that specific action.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and payment processing, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Ad platforms. To provide the Service, PaceWise communicates with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and TikTok Ads APIs on your behalf, using the authorization you grant. Meta Ads support is coming soon.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YCC Ventures, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If YCC Ventures is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and connected ad account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 7.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and OAuth-based authorization — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from within PaceWise, or by contacting us at support@pacewise.app. You can disconnect any ad platform account at any time from the Connect page, which revokes PaceWise's access going forward. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to request a copy of your data or to object to certain processing.

8. International Users

PaceWise is operated from Sydney, Australia. If you access the Service from outside Australia, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Children's Privacy

PaceWise is intended for business use by advertising professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
